Terms of Use

1) The Service is “as-is” (no warranties)

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that calculations, conversions, statistical outputs, charts, currency rates, unit definitions, or any other outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.

2) No professional advice

GetCalcMaster provides educational and informational tools. Nothing on the Service constitutes professional advice (including financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, medical, engineering, or safety advice). You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any output from the Service.

If you need advice, consult a qualified professional and independently verify any results.

3) Statistical and scientific limitations

Statistical tests and models depend on assumptions (e.g., independence, distributional assumptions, sample size adequacy). Misuse can produce misleading conclusions. You are responsible for validating assumptions and appropriateness for your use case.

Any p-values, confidence/credible intervals, Bayesian posterior summaries, distribution calculations, or other inferences are provided for convenience and may be sensitive to rounding, numerical methods, data formatting, and parameterization.

4) User content and sensitive data

Do not input or store sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial account numbers, passwords) in the Service. Some features may use local browser storage (e.g., history, notebook cells) which can persist on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and browser profile.

5) Third-party links, affiliates, and advertising

The Service may display third-party links, affiliate placements, sponsorships, and advertising (including Google AdSense or similar). Third-party content is provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, products, services, or content.

Any interactions you have with third parties (including purchases and ad interactions) are solely between you and the third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

• Do not use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not use the Service to generate or validate fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful outputs.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability allocation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be asserted only against Grewalz Automation LLC (and not against its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grewalz Automation LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9) Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service.

10) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
